Posterity! Now there’s a word to conjure with. So, why the blog? Maybe, just maybe, one day I’ll get to publish all these worldly meanderings. In the meantime, and just to remind me, and for Posterity, I have decided to write this online journal of our travels, for even at this late stage in our lives, it will give us happy times to look back on in years to come.

So, this is my very first post and my very first blog, as off we go again…
